The social tasks above are a way for you to gain more free entries into the giveaway. Each task has a number next to it, and this is the number of additional entries you’ll receive if you complete each task. The tasks are quick to complete, are an easy way to massively boost your chances of winning the giveaway prize, and it’s a bit of fun too. It also helps us out by spreading the word about Marwood Makes!

If you complete all the basic social tasks in the list, you’ll have a total of 20 entries. If you buy a ticket to the boat competition, you’ll receive a further 30 entries to the giveaway. PLUS if you use the SHARE task, you’ll get 5 free entries for each friend who joins. This means you could in theory have 100 entries, or even more!

The odds of winning the campervan experience depends on how many entries you rack up, and how many other people enter the giveaway. If, for example, you have the standard 1 entry and there are 4,000 entries in total, then your odds are 1 in 4,000. However, if you do all the social tasks to gain 20 entries, your odds would be 1 in 200. And if you shared the giveaway using the SHARE task and gain an extra 30 points, then your odds would be 1 in 80.

The social tasks are hosted by a trusted platform called Gleam, and it’s 100% safe to sign into Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest via the tasks on this page, in order to gain more entries. We don’t ever see or store your login details, so no need to worry about your personal details.

No, the prize comes with £250 spending money, so that should be enough to cover fuel, campsite and food for your adventure weekend! However, as per the Giveaway T&Cs (link below the giveaway entry form), there is a small refundable deposit payable to secure against any damage to the vehicle. You’ll receive this back after you return the van in tact (as per any standard vehicle hire). The prize includes being fully insured for the weekend, with an excess on the policy which is payable should there be any damage.

Yes! The competition is open to all GB residents aged 18 or over. If you can’t drive or don’t wish to, you can nominate a driver aged 23 or over (with a valid UK driving licence) to drive for you. Alternatively, we can deliver Etta the campervan to a local campsite of your choice within 25 miles of Twyford, Berkshire, so you can still have a wonderful campervan weekend. Campsite costs are not included, but you can use some of the £250 spending money to cover it.

Etta the campervan lives in Twyford, Berkshire. If you win the prize, you will need to collect and return the van from there. If you don’t wish to drive the campervan, then we can arrange delivery to a local campsite of your choice (within 25 miles of Twyford).

The winner will be able to book the campervan adventure for 3 consecutive nights of their choice between the draw date (4 Sept 2023) and the end of November 2023, subject to availability.
