Your Marwood Makes gift voucher can be used as full or part payment for competition tickets to our £180,000 boat competition on the Marwood Makes website.
Gift vouchers are issued by email only (physical gift vouchers are not available).
Any value on a Marwood Makes gift voucher will expire at 23:59 on 29 November 2023, or before the maximum number of tickets are reached for the competition. Any value not redeemed from vouchers after this time will be void.
No change will be given on gift vouchers, and monies on a Marwood Makes gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
Marwood Makes reserves the right to amend these gift voucher terms & conditions at any time or withdraw the Marwood Makes gift voucher on reasonable notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
On receipt of your order for a gift voucher, we will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the order process. This email will contain your order number, value of the gift vouchers ordered, the email that the gift vouchers have been requested to be delivered to, and the gift voucher delivery date (if you have chosen to have it delivered on a future date). Payment must be received before you will receive a confirmation email.
The recipient can use their gift voucher number to purchase tickets for the Marwood Makes boat competition that closes on 30 November 2023 using the code shown on the voucher. The voucher cannot be used for any other products or competitions.
Only GB residents aged 18 or over can purchase and redeem Marwood Makes tickets to enter the boat competition.
Marwood Makes is not responsible for any lost, stolen, undeliverable or delayed gift vouchers. If you are the purchaser, please check the delivery email that you enter – it is your responsibility to do so and we can’t be held responsible if a gift voucher is used by someone other than your recipient if the email entered is incorrect. We are not responsible for any gift vouchers that are used by someone other than your recipient after delivery.

These gift voucher terms & conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the sale, purchase and use of the gift vouchers. They supersede any previous agreement or understanding in relation to the subject matter hereof. They may only be varied where separately agreed in writing between you and us.
If any provision of these gift voucher terms & conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions (and the remainder of the provision in question) shall be unaffected.
Save to the extent that you exercise your right as a consumer to bring an action in or rely on the laws of your country of domicile, the interpretation, construction, effect and enforceability of these gift voucher terms & conditions shall be governed by Great Britain, and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Great Britain courts for the determination of disputes.
